Introducing the V60, a relatively new drip method that was launched in 2006, but thanks to its versatility has become a favorite coffee maker for professionals and amateurs alike.
By combining diverse variables such as water temperature, grinding, or the amount of coffee, you can obtain a coffee with more acidity, more sweetness and more body, but always a cup with a clean and consistent texture.
Its name comes from Vector 60, a reference to the 60-degree angle with which its cone is constructed, and although it all sounds too technical or complicated, we are convinced that by trying this method you will begin to enjoy specialty coffee at home in a different way.
