It is a perfect device to make a perfect cappuccino. Making frothed milk is extremely easy and fast. Simply heat the milk to your preferred temperature (not boiling, the temperature should be about 60-65 degrees). Then froth the hot milk by pumping the plunger knob vigorously several times. Once you obtain the desired effect, which is a velvety and fluffy foam, pour it directly over your coffee. Fill the Montalatte carafe to 1/3 of its capacity, as the volume of milk will increase when frothing.
