Honduras is back with this anaerobic fermented coffee that you will definitely remember. Available in very limited quantities due to its particular process and flavour profile, it shows how every year farms experiment more and more with a high-quality product. This natural bourbon, fermented for 120hrs, is an explosion of fragrance and flavour. A heavy mouthfeel reminding us of chocolate liquor, which then evolves into a sweet, rich, texture of red berries such as strawberry and ripe tropical fruits, with complex acidity that we find in the tamarind pulp. Definitely a coffee worth trying for its uniqueness, it fits for both filter and espresso, depending on the intensity of flavours you are looking for!
