This Fully washed, 100% Bourbon lot from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) makes for a perfect brew. With dried cranberry, citrus and floral notes, it works equally well as a filter or an espresso component. This lot illustrates the huge potential that the DRC has for specialty coffee production.
