Seven years ago we opened our first store on Carrer Siracusa in Gràcia and served our first coffee there. We always understood the value of coffee in our daily lives and the impact that first sip can have, but above all, we believed that one day we would be contributing more than anyone else to the specialty coffee revolution. Since that moment in 2015, we have been dedicated to a single mission: to bring good, sustainable coffee to everyone, everywhere, every day.

To this day, the democratization of good coffee has been an industry challenge, especially when we look around and find it positioned as a gourmet product offered to exclusive communities. To us this has always seemed ironic, which is why the goal of our revolution is to disrupt the current commercialized coffee supply chain and replace it with one that is socially ethical and environmentally sustainable.

Since that day when we brewed and served our first cup, we have dedicated ourselves to become the coffee brand that puts in the hands of the masses a coffee elaborated from a bean that was planted in a small farm, harvested by individuals, families or cooperatives, to be roasted with passion, and served with love.

During this time, we have been fortunate to have worked with exceptional producers from around the world who send us their seasonal single origin coffee harvests, and a great team of baristas and roasters who respect each bean and transmit their passion in every coffee.

Seven years ago we dreamed of being where we are now and that is why this month we can feel so grateful and proud, remembering how fortunate we are to be able to continue our journey. Thank you to you and everyone who has been with us from 2015 to today, from when we opened that little coffee shop that serves just a few customers every day, to the 25+ that serve thousands of you good coffee. We are immensely grateful to have grown so much, to contribute more to the specialty coffee revolution and to become part of your lives, serving you at home and in our stores.
