Trenggiling is a coffee brought directly from Indonesia 🇮🇩🇩 with a classic cup profile from that region: full-bodied, with bitter chocolate and spice flavors.

This coffee has unique notes due to an almost exclusive Indonesian process called Wet Hulled (Giling Basah).

With these 2 preparations you will be able to enjoy the full range of flavors that Trenggiling has to offer. 

 

Espresso

- Dose: 19g of coffee

- Weight in cup: 40ml of water

- 9 bar pressure

- Water at 93 °C

Total extraction time of 28 to 29 seconds.

 

 

Recipe for V60 

- Dosage: 22g of coffee

- 300ml of water 

- Grinding thickness Medium

- Water at 92 °C 

To begin, wet the filter and heat the container with hot water.

Pour 60ml of water and move the container to evenly wet the base of the coffee bed and wait 30 seconds for the coffee to pre-infuse.

Continue pouring the remaining water, making circles from the inside to the outside until you reach the 300ml mark.

Wait a few seconds and move the brewer once more.

Total brewing time should be about 2 minutes and 40 seconds.
